ARMORED VEHICLE / SENSITIVE CARGO PROTECTION DYNAMICS (AVSC) This course is designed for the security specialist assigned to transporting or escorting sensitive cargo via an armored vehicle. Long gone are the days of out of shape poorly trained security guards. In today’s world the bar has been raised in the development of Armed Transport Security. Companies are realizing that the best way to lower liability and ensure client confidence is by deploying well trained guards in the field. The most important element of a sensitive cargo transportation operation is to prevent blindside assaults and ambushes. This course will teach the security specialists how to prevent assaults and ambushes by utilizing 360* perimeter format tactics, emphasizing vehicle dynamics. The security specialist will also be taught tactics on how to protect the sensitive cargo, survive and win the fight utilizing a pistol and shotgun, ultimately saving lives and securing the on board sensitive cargo. AVSC has been taught to numerous federal agencies throughout the U.S.,Canada and South America. This is a (24 Hour Course) 3 Days Day One: consists of a discussion on liability and the current industry, Pre arrival awareness tactics, Dismounting Techniques, Crossing the gap tactics, Entering the hole (pick up contact), Mounting Techniques, Communication tactics, 360 awareness exercises, 7 clues of danger, Vehicle Dynamics for cover, Driver support, Domination Mindset, Hostile recognition and Shoot No Shoot recognition. Day Two: (Firearms Range) consists of Firearms safety and fundamentals, Shooting from cover, Drawing under stress, Utilizing your environment to win the fight, team movement and tactics, four tier shooting dynamics, multiple target recognition, shooting while moving and a 36 round qualification course. Day Three: consists of force on force training which is conducted utilizing training weapons and safety gear. Armed Robbery scenarios, Rear and Frontal attacks, Non firearm attacks, attempted hi jacking, stealth approach and ambushes. The students will implement the techniques and tactics against these scenarios in a real world environment.
SENSITIVE CARGO (AVCS) Focusing on real world dynamics for the protection of sensitive cargo including diamonds, currency, armament, medical & biological cargo.
