I truly believe that the training I recieved will someday save my life or the lives of others, I intend to train with this instructor as often as i can , he is very willing to teach . If you approach his classes with an open mind you will learn how to operate in a tense, high risk enviroment and come home alive . I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank Mr. Conde for providing this training at a reasonable cost . I would also like to thank the other students from DCC1 class, I think we worked well together it made for an enjoyable time the debriefs after the elements was great constructive criticism. It showed our strong points and weak points...... Everyday is a day to improve on what we have learned . Thanx again The time I spent with Mr. Conde was an eye opening experience . He has raised eyebrows plenty of times and has made believers of these same individuals. I am currently a Police Special Operations Instructor and before that I was a CQB instructor in the US Marines. It is my honor to work with Conde in the Urban Warrior Project. I have known Conde for over 15 years. He is one of the best operators and Instructors that I have had the pleasure of working with. By all means he is a leader. It was amazing training. Alot of instructors have a my way or the highway mentality however this is not the case with Conde. He will show you what is most effective for himself and show you alternative techniques so that you can adapt them and be more comfortable and confident. Conde has a knack for throwing a monkey wrench into a situation to force you to adapt and learn. Which is crutial when applying these techniques to the real world because, as the assistant instructor Gary says, "you have that magic 8 ball in front of you and you need to adapt and put that 8 ball in front of the other guy and make him uncomfortable". Domination mindset is absolutely the best philosophy I have ever encountered. Thank you Conde and Gary; and thank you to all my fellow students.<br><br>PS This course was very physically demanding. There are many differences in Kocom's approach to teaching. Too many to name here. All I can say is that I will be attending their Combat Carbine Course and look forward to the same type of training. If you want training that challenges you while learning a great deal this is the company to do it.
